Terms And Conditions

CityCentreHotels.Com is the principal website for Book Now Limited.

These terms are effective from 1 April 2008 and govern all bookings made on CityCentreHotels.Com


If you cancel more than 4 weeks prior arrival to the scheduled arrival date, you will get a full refund less 2.5% of total accommodation cost to cover administration and credit card processing costs.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks but more than 3 working days prior to the scheduled date of arrival then the cancellation fee is 15 % of the total accommodation cost.

If you cancel less than 3 working days prior to the scheduled date of arrival then you will lose the cost of the first night's accommodation in addition to the cancellation fee.

No refund will apply in the event of a "No Show or" Early Check-out".

Changes & Amendments

Change or amendment requests should be sent by email to . Please put your Booking Reference Number in the subject line together with the word "amend". Please outline the nature of the change requested as clearly as possible and include a phone number (Landline or mobile) where you can most easily be contacted.

There is an amendment fee of €20.00 (GB£ 15.00) which is payable together with any other costs which may be necessary as a result of the change to the booking. Changes which will result in a reduction in the number of rooms or number of nights or the overall cost of the booking MAY be regarded as a cancellation in which case the cancellation penalties outlined above may apply.


Book Now Limited will issue a Voucher / Booking Confirmation for every booking made on behalf of a client. This voucher will serve as confirmation of the booking, as proof of pre-payment if appropriate as well as serving as a receipt / invoice for monies paid. The voucher is normally sent by Email and should be printed out by the customer.

All reservations should be checked and all reservation details verified by the client on receipt of voucher. Book Now Ltd must be notified of non receipt of voucher or of any discrepancies in booking details within 24Hrs of making the booking.

The voucher must be presented to the hotel as this confirms both proof of booking and proof of pre-payment. Payment for extras not specified on the voucher, such as meals, drinks, mini-bar, car parking etc must be made directly to the hotel. Some hotels may require a credit card imprint on arrival and is taken to guarantee payment of incidental charges.

Hotel Details, Images and Descriptions

Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this website (including information about travel products, tours and accommodation facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that Book Now Limited cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.

As a hotel booking agency (as opposed to tour operator) Book Now Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in such information nor can liability be accepted for changes to facilities which are not communicated to us by the hotel. Particular features or facilities in hotel descriptions form part of the hotel standard offering and their availability cannot be guaranteed unless specifically requested by our client and confirmed by Book Now Ltd in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary for different bookings. The terms applicable to specific bookings will be detailed on the voucher provided to the customer. These will also be outlined during the booking process whether it is on-line or by telephone.

Payment Terms can be either "Full Prepayment" or "Deposit Only" depending upon the specific accommodation offer selected by the customer.

For "Deposit Only" bookings, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance of monies due is payable directly to the hotel and this is specified on the voucher. The clients credit card details are provided to the hotel as security and the client authorises the hotel to charge his / her card in the event of late cancellation, non arrival or early departure (see cancellation policy below).

The term "Full Pre-payment" refers to the fact that, for these bookings, all monies relating to the accommodation must be paid directly to Book Now Limited who issue a voucher / receipt which is presented by the guest on arrival at the hotel. In certain circumstances, the company may agree to staged payments whereby a deposit of 15% is made at time of booking. The balance is usually payable 1 week prior to arrival at the hotel unless otherwise specifically agreed IN WRITING by Book Now Limited. In some cases, the balance may be required earlier in which case the customer will be advised accordingly.

Declined Credit Card Payments

If the payment method is declined Book Now Limited will make contact with the customer using the contact details provided by them. If the company is unable to make contact the booking will be cancelled or if payment is outstanding for any other unrelated reservations made by the same customer then these may be cancelled and / or paid for using the credit card details provided by the client.


For group bookings separate terms and conditions may apply and these will be issued at time of booking with regards to payment and cancellation.

Passport, visa and health requirements

Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.

Currency Fluctuations

Book Now Ltd reserves the right to amend prices due to currency fluctuations however once payment is received the price is fixed regardless of currency fluctuations. For "Deposit Only" bookings, the balance payable will always be fixed in the currency applicable in the country where the hotel is located.

For Pre-Payment Bookings, the price will be fixed in the currency for which payment was originally made. Book Now accepts payments only in EURO and POUNDS STERLING.

Force Majeure

Book Now Ltd is within its rights to implement Force Majeure therefore is not liable for circumstances caused by conditions beyond its control, including natural disasters, riots, strikes, acts of terrorism, sanitary disruption, civil unrest, restrictions by local authorities.

In the unlikely event that the hotel cannot provide the booked accommodation, you (our client) accept that the hotels responsibility is to find an alternative of at least a similar standard and to provide transportation as appropriate to the alternative hotel. Book Now Ltd takes every precaution to ensure hotels are professionally managed so that any such occurrence is rare. Book Now Ltd shall have no liability in respect of any costs, losses or damages existing out of or in connection with a relocation of accommodation, since such relocation is outside Book Now Ltd control.

Customer Complaints

If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of his hotel, this MUST be brought to the attention of the hotel management immediately and the hotel management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation from the outset. If the hotel cannot resolve matters to the customer's satisfaction Book Now Ltd must also be contacted at the earliest opportunity. If having taken the above action the customer is still dissatisfied, complaints MUST be received in writing accompanied by any relevant documentation. All written complaints MUST be received within 30 days of the end of your stay in the hotel otherwise Book Now Limited cannot investigate your complaint.

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers except where they lead to death, injury or illness. Book Now Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as examples of such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.

Book Now Limited is not responsible for the theft and/or damage of your personal belongings during the course of your travels.

Book Now Limited's liability to you is limited to the higher of (a) EU2000 and (b) three times the value of the booking made with Book Now Limited. To the extent permitted in law, all conditions, warranties or obligations whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded and these terms shall apply in their place. However, this will not apply to Book Now Limited's liability for death or personal injury caused by Book Now Limited's negligence, in respect of which there is no limitation. Book Now Limited reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.


Your booking is governed by Irish law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between Book Now Limited and you.

Statutory Rights

Except as otherwise provided in these booking terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.


Book Now Limited undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to it by its customers. We do not sell or make customer details available to any third parties. Customers who have booked with us may be sent details of company information announcements and / or special offers. Customers are given the option to opt out of these. Telephone calls maybe recorded for quality control and training purposes.
